Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kylie Cosmetics products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place your items back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
